Unfortunately, our campground does not have a bathhouse facility. We recommend guests to plan accordingly and utilize the restroom facilities available within their own RVs.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own firewood as long as it is locally sourced from within Tennessee. Alternatively, firewood is usually available for purchase at the campground office.

Check-in time can be as early as Noon, and check-out time is 11 AM for departing campers. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request.

Yes, we offer Full RV hookups for water, electricity, cable, and sewage connections to enhance your camping experience.

Nope, the use of our Pool and Pond is included with your RV lot rental. So make sure not to forget your swimming suits and fishing poles!

Yes of course, if you can find a flat area that works for you be our guest! Just make sure to stay on your designated lot or close.

Sorry no, there is not a public dump station. Our guests do however have full-hookups including sewer at each campsite.

Sorry no, the closest stop would be Walden’s Creek Rd off of 321 which is about 7 miles from us.

Townsend is not the best route for campers. Unless you are comfortable with narrow roads and switchbacks it would be best to come though Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.
